All FF items come with at least copy permissions so we do not do returns or refunds unless you've bought the same item twice (and then our vendor system will recognise the double purchase and automatically refund the second payment)
FF has multiple creators and each has their own coloured vendors (See above) and marketplaces so please make sure you are contacting the right resident in regards to enquiries.
Gift cards are available but only work with Amethyst Crystal's vendors at present (Purple vendors)
Freebies/Lucky chair items are not supported and are given as is.
FF Creators do not do custom items - sorry!- but they may do a custom texture depending on the item/time and your manners!
If you need a fresh copy of a product you've bought or it hasn't delivered please touch a FF Re-delivery Terminal to get a new copy sent!
